Our standard package includes one 45-minute set and one 60-minute set. We also offer 2 × 45 minutes, 2 × 60 minutes or 3 × 40 minutes, depending on your plans. Your quote will reflect the performance time and package you choose.

Absolutely. We’ll plan the sets around your evening, including food, speeches and other key moments. We can adapt timings on the night where practical, within the agreed playing time and finish time.

Yes. Extra live sets, acoustic performances and a swing set can be added for an additional fee. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll put together a quote.

Yes — tell us your favourites and any songs you’d rather avoid. You can shortlist songs on our setlist page and include them in your enquiry. Requests outside our repertoire are welcome, but we can’t guarantee every song.

We can learn and perform an agreed special song for an additional fee. Please give us at least six weeks’ notice. We’ll confirm whether the song is suitable and agree the arrangement and price before you commit.

Yes. Our DJ service is an optional extra, with requests taken on the night. It can be booked before, between or after the live sets. We’ll agree the timings, finish time and fee with you in advance; it isn’t included in the standard live-band package.

Choose acoustic solo (guitar and vocals), duo (guitar, piano and vocals) or trio (guitar, piano, vocals and cajon/percussion). These can be arranged for your ceremony, drinks reception, dinner or another part of your event, subject to availability and an agreed quote.

A solo vocal performance accompanied by backing tracks, available as an extra. It’s another way to add a different feel to part of your celebration. Ask us about the repertoire and timings.

Yes. We bring our own high-quality PA and professional lighting for the live performance. We can cater for a range of indoor and outdoor events, including larger spaces. We’ll check your venue and audience requirements beforehand and identify any additional production needs in your quote.

Usually around an hour for the full setup and soundcheck, depending on access and the venue. Please let us know about stairs, long loading routes or restricted access so we can plan properly.

Yes, early arrival can be arranged. Depending on the schedule, an additional fee may apply. We’ll discuss it with you and include any agreed charge in the quote.

Yes — our electrical equipment is PAT tested. If your venue needs documentation, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the relevant details.

Yes, we hold public liability insurance. Let us know if your venue needs a copy of the certificate or has a particular cover requirement so we can confirm the details before booking.

We can adapt to different spaces, but we are five musicians with instruments and equipment, so we need enough room to perform safely. We use standard UK mains power, preferably with access to two or more suitable sockets. Send us your venue details and we’ll confirm the space and electrical requirements beforehand.

Sometimes, depending on the limit and how it is measured. Please tell us about any sound limiter, volume restriction or curfew before booking. We’ll assess whether we can give you the right live experience within the venue’s requirements.

Yes, with suitable arrangements agreed beforehand. We need a dry, sheltered performance area, safe level flooring and a suitable power supply. Tell us about the location and weather contingency so we can plan the setup with you.

Yes. Please mention this when planning the event so we can make sure the microphone and PA are ready at the right time.

Nothing complicated: suitable performance space, safe power and practical access for loading and setup. We’ll discuss parking, access times and any other event-specific arrangements with you beforehand.

We’re based in Derbyshire in the East Midlands and are happy to travel across the UK. Tell us your venue location when enquiring; any travel or accommodation charges will be discussed and included in your quote.

Our standard live-band package includes one 45-minute set and one 60-minute set, with our PA and professional lighting. Alternative set packages, additional performances, acoustic or swing sets, DJ services and special-song performances are quoted separately. Any early-arrival or travel charges will also be agreed in advance.

Send us your date, venue and plans. We’ll confirm availability and provide a written quote and booking agreement. A 20% deposit secures your booking once the agreement is accepted, with the remaining balance due seven days before the event. For bookings made within seven days of the event, we’ll confirm the payment arrangements in your quote.

Contact us as soon as possible. If you’d like to move the date, we’ll check availability and discuss any change in price. If you cancel, any charge will reflect our reasonable losses, taking account of costs saved and any replacement booking. The detailed arrangements will be set out in your booking agreement; your statutory rights are unaffected.

We’ll try to arrange a suitable professional substitute so your event can go ahead. If we cannot fulfil the booking, we’ll tell you promptly and refund payments for the service we cannot provide. Any alternative act would be subject to your agreement. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
